Have you used the Internet for some time? If you have you will have experienced various changes over the years. My first dabble with the Internet was back in 1997. Not that long ago I hear you say. However, in the history of computing and browing the Internet it was a lifetime ago.

So what about Internet browsers?

If you are a novice right now you might be saying "Eh?, what are Internet browsers"

Well the browser is the software which allows you to access and browse the Internet. Without getting in too deep here is the first part of the definition on Wikipedia:

A web browser is a software application for retrieving, presenting, and traversing information resources on the World Wide Web. An information resource is identified by a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) and may be a web page, image, video, or other piece of content. 2012 is rapidly approaching. If you believe the Mayan predictions it will be the end of the World as we know it. Let's face it 2011 has hardly been a barrel of laughs for many people around the world. It would be easy to believe that the "End is Nigh" as they say.
Still mankind is based on optimism. If it was not people would have given up the ghost many years ago. Before we arrive at New Year's Eve though and welcome 2012, either with open arms or great trepidation, we need to see off 2011.

Believe it or not there are so many options these days which will enable you to create a website. Many have easy to use interfaces. Weebly.com for instance has easy to navigate help menus, drop down capsules and much more that will make it simple for you to create a website.

Weebly was my first venture into creating a website. I had previously played around blogging with word press and blogger but would leave my blog to fester for months on end. Weebly enabled me to create a website which I felt passionate enough about to want to update on a daily basis. In fact many times a day, as time allowed.

For many users the problem is that such website creations usually cost money. Weebly will allow you to create a website for free, that is until you want to display it online.Weebly is reasonably priced and offers beginners a great starting platform.

So the EU are in effect waving bye bye to the UK. We may still be a member of the European Union but in what capacity it is hard to say.

David Cameron found that all he could say was NO to the new treaty deal when his demands were not met. Cameron may have wanted relatively minor changes to the new treaty deal but it appears it was not up for discussion. Angela Merkel and NIcolas Sarkozy had come up with a new deal it was that way or the highway. The UK took the highway but what will happen now?
